How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal, Zelle/Quick Pay, and Venmo. Check and cash for studio orders.

When will my order be sent?

Products purchased through Shop SoHarlem will be shipped out within a week of purchase. Anything purchased through Made to Measure will take 2-3 weeks to be shipped.

Can I track my item?

Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code and link, which you will be able to track your product(s) online.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Our makers work hard on their craftsmanship and are paid upon your purchase for their work so anything purchased from SoHarlem Shop is final sale.

Made To Measure

If you are not satisfied with your Made to Measure purchase, it can be returned for credit within 15 days of receipt. A return/exchange form is sent to you with each order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Please fill out the form and send it along with the item/s in their original condition within 15 days, for a full credit of the value of the item(s) to: SoHarlem, Inc. 1361 Amsterdam Avenue, Suite 340 New York, NY 10027.

Regular postage is FREE with any purchase through SoHarlem.
